I bought my husband a Lane Comfort King chair and he loves it!! It was a gift for fathers day 3 years ago and it's still just as sturdy as the day we bought it. It's oversized and perfect for my 6'4 guy, who normally has he feet hanging over the recliner. Absolutely recommend for any big and tall people who want a chair to last and fit! Go see Ray or Andrew, they're both very knowledgeable and they was zero pressure to buy.

I didn't even know this place existed and I have lived in the area about 35 years. I usually shopped at Art Van for furniture. Now that it has closed, I tried other places. They were all over priced with pushy sales people. My wife found Jackson Furniture Outlet using an internet search for furniture stores in the area. Their selection for recliners was quite good and the prices were less than other stores. I've found my new furniture store.

My wife and I were looking for entertainment units for our new family room and happen to stop at Jackson Furniture Outlet. We were greeted by Scott R. Scott was very helpful and friendly. He spent time with us and explained options for each item that we looked at. We finally settled on one that we liked and Scott verified it was in stock and had it ready for us to pick up the next day. I needed 2 pieces of a bedroom set to match what I have already so I called and talked to the manager Scott. He took my name and looked up my previous order from 4 years ago and matched the order number to what I needed now. He also took the time to double check order number to make sure I had the right color and style. They had the product in stock and offered to build all 3 pieces I ordered and had them ready in a day so all I had to do is come in and pay and pick up the pieces. All 3 pieces were wrapped and ready to go when I arrived. I highly recommend if anyone is buying furniture to give Scott and Jackson furniture outlet a call, you won't be disappointed they go out of their way for the customer. Thanks again!

I walked into the business, I looked around for a few minutes. Then Ray the manager approached me with no pressure. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me what he had to offer. There was a lot of options, great choices of furniture. Prices were best I seen around town. Then the delivery fee was very reasonable. Everyone was very polite.
